Jackson turned 11 weeks on Thursday, our baby is almost three months old!!!
He is becoming much more aware of people and his doggie chelsea. He has discovered one of his hands too...its funny. Last night was a big night as he slept without his miracle blanket. he was unwrapping himself in the middle of the night so we decided it was time to ditch it. we put it in his crib next to him as we think its going to be "his blankie". When i went in to feed him around 2:30 this morning he had one hand touching the blanket and the other sucking his thumb....lets hope he keeps up the good work!

A busy weekend for the Favrys. Saturday Stephanie & Mike came to visit with their two boys William and Christian and golden retriever Lilly. William is 3 and Christian just turned 1. We had a bbq and played with the boys and dogs in the backyard.

For Anthony's first father's day yesterday Jackson, Chelsea, and I gave him a red sox hooded sweatshirt to wear when he goes to the game...we got him two tickets as well. Jackson also got him a book called "daddy's home" which he wants to read every night. The three of us went out to breakfast ( Jackson pooped there of course) then headed home for Jackson to nap.

Later in the day Anthony and I went kayaking for the first time since we found out I was pregnant! We went on the mouth of the Mystic River. It was very windy on the way back and I had a hard time even moving...but I did my best, right Anthony?








Anthony and I have a big date planned Thursday. Nannie is watching Chelsea and Jackson and we are going on an excursion to Newport RI..we can't wait!!!

I'm 10 weeks!!



Jackson was 10 weeks on Thursday, crazy!! The little guy had his two month check up on Friday morning. He weighed in at 13lbs even and is 23 inches long. He was showing off on the table smiling and wiggling around, until the mean nurse came in with two shots in his chunky little leg. His face froze, turned beat red, and then the screams came, so sad!!! He is an otherwise happy, healthy baby according to the doctor, and we should be glad and consider ourselves lucky he is only up once during the night to eat now!

Better late then never...here are some pictures from Jackson's baptism on May 31st. He was a very good boy and slept the entire time at church.












Jackson wore Anthony's gown that he wore 30 years ago. Anthony and I plan to dress Jackson again and take some pictures of him as we didn't get any shots of him alone in his gown. For his "after party" Jackson changed into a cute white romper from his godmama Kim. We will take some pictures of him in that as well....

It was a great day weather wise and we were able to host an outdoor party in our backyard following the mass. Being smart this time around we decided to order food so Anthony wasn't stuck behind a grill the entire day, it worked out very well!

I will post more pictures of Jackson when we set up his modeling shoot.

I must now go rescue the screaming baby from his crib...we are practicing naps without his swaddle, not going so well!

Very behind I know, I have to add pictures from our new patio and Jackson's big weekend; his baptism.

To hold you over until then here are some pictures of Jackson talking to his friends on his mat. He enjoys his mat now and can entertain himself for periods of up to a half hour, but he still prefers mommy and daddy lay on the floor with him and play/talk to his frog and kitty friends. He said he is going to use his cousin Callum's mat too because he thinks he'll like the lights at the top of the mat....
